Intern Systems Analyst

Final Frontiers Systems Corp. is a managed IT services provider built on process, accountability, and proactive IT management. We deliver structured, reliable technology solutions that help businesses operate efficiently, securely, and without disruption. 

  • Assist in analyzing, maintaining, and improving existing systems and applications 
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders 
  • Support troubleshooting by identifying, researching, and resolving system issues 
  • Assist with testing system changes, enhancements, and new functionalities 
  • Maintain system documentation, including workflows, procedures, and specifications 
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports as needed 
  • Support user onboarding, training, and end-user support activities 
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams on technology projects 
 
  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Basic understanding of systems, applications, and IT infrastructure 
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills 
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  •  
  • Familiarity with IT support, ticketing systems, or system monitoring tools 
  • Interest in cybersecurity, automation, or AI-driven solutions 
  •  
  • The intern will be involved in real internal and client projects, but all work will be assigned at a junior level, explained clearly, and reviewed by team members
  • The intern will work through coaching, training, observation, and guided participation rather than independent ownership of professional tasks

  • Hardware and software procurement experience
